while Snake eyes who betrayed everyone and caused the deaths of a lot of people and almost caused the death of the current head, just to be forgiven so quick like he did nothing, and be given a high tech suit with a bike just doesn't make sense to me. all of that just to be punished for using the Gem and he didn't even kill the man anyways and denied the position he has trained his whole life for, sacrificed everything for, and almost got assassinated for, be taken away from him is more than unfair. you heard him say it in the movie, he sacrificed everything. he probably had other things he wanted to do but couldn't because of his responsibilities as a candidate of being next clan leader.

Storm shadow, from childhood, was groomed to be the clan leader, he probably didn't get to play with the other kids because he had lessons for him to study the clan's history etc and how to be a proper and good leader. I feel like you're not giving a fair thought into it what happened to storm shadow. It's not just losing the position of the leader.
